Le Royal Meridien National Hotel
Built in 1903, this historic National stands right in the center of Moscow, and opposite the Kremlin,
at the foot of the street to St Petersburg.
Amenity highlights: A hotel has corridors hung with different oil paintings and beautiful
stained glass windows on staircase landings. The guests can swim in the big white-tiled indoor

Le Royal Meridien National Hotel has 225 guestrooms decorated in historic style and with high
ceilings. Its wood floors are covered in Persian rugs or Art Nouveau. Sofas in beige satin and
dark blue stripes. Sitting areas and bedrooms have their own televisions. All the desks have
dial-up Internet access. Bathrooms are tiled in white and black and include slippers and bathrobes.

Dining
Moskovsky – It’s overlooking Red Square and the Kremlin, its spectacular views are enhanced by
its cuisine European menu with all Russian specialties. It serves lunch and dinner. This softly
lit restaurant is decorated in gold and white with fireplace, ceiling frescoes, and a piano player
in the evenings.
The Breakfast room - Blue satin wallpaper and bright blue tablecloths with a long white stripe,
delicate china, and beautiful views of the Kremlin all enhance the National's breakfast.
Alexandrovsky bar - The glassed-in winter garden with large potted plants and with black and white
garden chairs. It serves soups, snacks, and light meals until 5 AM.
