But first you should know something about visas and hotels.
A visa is a kind of form that gives a permission for a non-citizen to enter, to transit or to remain in a particular country.
The type and validity of visa issued have to be strictly stuck to. Failure to depart the particular country by the due date may cause future problems with authorities.
You’ll have to remember that if there are some problems with your visa, deportation is at your expense.
Many countries require all travellers to have on their passports validity at least of 6 months. And immigration authorities may refuse your entry if you arrive with less than 6 months. Renew your passport before your travel or try to check with the diplomatic mission of the country whether this rule applies to them.
There are different types of visas such as:
- transit visa, valid for 3 days or less, just for passing through the particular country to
a 3rd destination.
- tourist visa, valid for a limited period of leisure travel, but some countries do not issue
tourist visas.
- business visa, valid for engaging in commerce.
- temporary worker visa, for approving employment in the particular country. These visas are more
difficult to obtain but they are valid for longer periods than a business visa.
- on-arrival visa, that granted immediately prior to entering a particular country at an airport or
at border control post.
